In the case of an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, we may require an additional photo or video showing all the affected items visible in one frame for confirmation purposes.

For products created using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, there is a tolerance of 0.5"/1.27cm for print placement. This means that minor variations in the placement of the print, within this tolerance, will not be considered as defects.
